Privacy Policy

Apricot doesn't collect any information about you. What you enter stays on your device.

What Apricot stores

To work, Apricot keeps a few settings on your iPhone or iPad:

• your due date
• whether you prefer grams or pounds and ounces
• whether the weekly note is switched on

These are kept in storage shared only between the app and its home screen widget. They are never sent to us or anyone else. If your device backs up to iCloud, they may be included in that backup, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.

What Apricot doesn't do

• No accounts or sign-in.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking.
• No third-party code that collects data.
• No network requests. Apricot works entirely offline.

Notifications

If you switch on the weekly note, Apricot asks for permission and then schedules notifications on your device. They are created on your device and aren't sent from a server.

Sharing

When you share this week's fruit, Apricot makes a picture on your device and gives it to the system share sheet. It goes only where you choose to send it.

Deleting your data

Deleting Apricot removes everything it has stored.

Children

Apricot doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
